Where can we change the text “Agent xxx joined the chat”

    Hi there,
    we are trying to find a way to change this text: “Agent xxx joined the chat”.
    We can find it in the localization files but nowhere in the plugin files.
    Can you please let us know where (or in which file) we can change it?

    Hi @flymke,
    Thank you for your feedback.
    It’s not possible to translate that message at this moment. A fix for that issue will be part of our next release which will contain this text’s translation for all the supported languages as these appears on Live Chat > Settings > Chat Box > System Language.
