• We were running registration for our group for the first time using the participant database last night and it was going fine for the first few users.

We had four laptops taking registrations on a school wi-fi (which may have been the issue but I can’t say for sure). We got 15 or so registrations in just fine and then it would give back the page for the previous successful user. So not a huge list so far but we wanted to register about 60 more folks.

Where can I look to see if there were errors being thrown?

We have a one page sign up form with about 12 fields. Nothing too complex.

Our site is hosted on Dreamhost. So I am unsure if I can change parameters for memory settings on the PHP or apache.

I would suggest you talk to your web host about setting up the PHP error log, then install a plugin I like called “Error Log Monitor” that will show you the latest errors in your WP dashboard.

Make sure, when you talk to your web host, that the error log setting will apply to all subdirectories, so that it doesn’t matter where the error occurs, it will all end up in the same log.
