Where can I get support for purchased plugins?

Same issue… I go to https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/ but no chat box or ticket form shows up.

Seems like the support site is broken/down.

@koandi FYI, I logged out off wp.com, then cleared all cookies, then logged back into wp.com then back int woocommerce.com and… the form finally showed up.

Previously the “happychat-form” wasn’t even in the DOM.

Anyway, maybe doing that’ll help you get to the form too.

* Select: I need help with my account or with a product I purchased on WooCommerce.com.
* Then: Need something else? Contact us!
