Where can I generate a shortcode?

I apologize if this is a n00b problem, but I can’t seem to find how to create a shortcode and have it use the settings I’ve set, or use a specific style-id. All I found is [ipic id=”IMAGE-ID”] but I dont know how I could add the above and other attributes to it also. Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance.
