Where can I find the emails from the people who download from my site

  • I have the download manager plug-in installed as well as contact form 7 and email before download installed. I am using a simple two field form to capture a name and email before giving them access to a book file.

    The downloads are registering but there is no information in the log section of the downloads panel or anywhere else I can find for that matter. Any idea where these might be going and how I can access them?

    Ok, a little clarification. Everything is working fine. The form works fine, the download comes through after the form is filled out but after that is where I am running in to issues.

    I do not receive an email confirming the download, I have not received an email saying that my download is available and I am not able to find any of the emails addresses for the people who have downloaded the file.

    The downloads are registering though, just not sure where to get the actual addresses from.

    Hi! You can check in the settings page:
    Email Before Download Log:
    Click to export the Email Before Download log as a .CSV file

    Its the first option.

    Yeah, they are not showing up in the log. For some reason the emails come through and people are able to download the book but I am having to grab the emails manually from the confirmation emails I get which sucks. I know they are somewhere in the database but I have no idea where they are ending up.

    How to setup contact form 7 and download manager together,I want to capture the email id and name of the visitor,then I want him to download the file..what is the setup process..@Raymmar could you please tell me how to do this
