Where can I find smileys for chat?

I agree. This is my favorite chat plugin (continues to work great with the current version of WordPress btw, I voted!) but would really like to be able to change the smileys. I have smileys in my forums and BuddyPress, and the chat smileys do not match, either.

The Quick Chat smileys are all on one bar image. It would be great if it were changed, and they were pulled individually from a folder. That way we could swap our own smileys into that folder, just rename them. This would be especially awesome since my smileys are animated.
