Where can I find data in order???

Hello,
we’re using your plugin now and we have options Show on Cart & Checkout and Order Item Meta enabled but we’re missing customers data from custom text field in all orders, the custom text field is not showing on cart or checkout as well. How can we fix this please? It’s a bit urgent.
