Where can I find a plugin create a forum in my site

  • Well I have download a lot of plugin but non of them work in the way I want, I mean I am looking for a pluging that allow me to create a forum in my wordpress looking like the one in this site that allow any user to post in any category.

    sorry I am not too good yet with wordpress. I used:
    – forum-attachments-for-buddypress.0.2.4.zip
    – forum-server.zip
    – vanilla-forums.1.0.5.zip
    – wpforum.1.7.8.zip
    – zingiri-forum.1.2.1.zip

    in the case of the wpforum.1.7.8.zip it look nice and I got to make it work but the problem was that I could not find any way to post anything or probably I didn′t know how to do it
