Where can I donwload the old version 2.xx ?

    Hi, where can I download the SC version 2.x pls. I bought all the addons for ver 2.xx and the autoupdate to version 3 now requires that I also update all the addons.. How can I downgrade to version 2.x for now?

    Hello,

    I hope you took the backup of your database. You can follow the below steps to revert to the previous version:

    1. Click here to download the last version of SupportCandy.
    2. Login to your account on this page and download earlier versions of the add-ons.
    3. Go to your plugins page in your dashboard.
    4. Deactivate and then delete the SuportCandy and its add-ons.
    5. Install downloaded zip files(s).
    6. Disable auto-updates for SupportCandy.
