where are the option values in the DB

  • I am looking to find the option ID numbers for the main menu. I want to exclude some of them but i dont know their id numbers.

    Which table will they be held in?

    Which ID do you want to exclude? Please provide some more details.

    Category ID, Post ID, Page ID or what?

    ID numbers of pages, posts, etc… can be viewed from your dashboard. Find the page title you want to exclude from the main menu and roll your cursor over it. The ID will show in your browser status bar at the bottom. There may be a plugin solution too, if you need a large number of ID’s.
