Where are the files the user uploaded

You need to make sure your folder/file permissions are properly set.

The wp-content folder permissions should be set to 0755 or 0750.

I am having the same problems. Not a dev so can you be specific where to go to set permissions? (How do I get there?)
Also, I set the max upload size to 100MB but get an error file size too large even if it’s 23MB. Will the permissions also fix this error?

Any idea on the upload size problem? I get this error “413 Request Entity Too Large” when I try to upload a file. I set the upload size to 100MB, so it should work. Is this also tied into the permissions?

Thanks for the reply- hoping that it would be fixed with the plugin itself since there is a field for max file size. Look like I need to become a dev- not sure how to go into the code here for either.

Whoo hoo! Finally got it to work, it looks like the server had an upload limit. Only problem left is that there is no loading indicator or “please wait” so if it’s a larger file (I did 33MB) it could be confusing if it’s loading or not to the average person.
