    I think they are saved in the “wp_options” database table under option name “mw_adminimize”. There are copies of wp_options tables for each subsite like; wp_2_options, wp_3_options etc. But all these wp_Number_options records have uninstall directions rather than containing Adminimize settings.

    Therefore I don’t know why when the site is copied with New Blog Template it doesn’t maintain the link to this Adminimize database table “wp_options” and the record “mw_adminimize”. When I clone the site using the plugin Blog Copier it does keep the adminimize settings ( or maybe a reference link to the record wp_options), so I have no idea what to do to get Adminimize settings to copy over.
