    Hi @sygnoossupportteam

We can do step one as every time we activate the plugin (even using yours on step 3) the site backend dies.

This is why I was wondering there there was an SQL query we could run to purge the db settings / configs

    Thanks,
    Glen

    Hey @onesixtwo!

    Thank you for your reply.
We have fixed the issue that you were having and this is very strange behavior.
Moreover, this might be a reason for something else, I am referring to the issues with the backend that you are having.

Also, can you please let me know what you mean by saying “SQL query we could run”?
Do you know the reason for that kind of behavior and what query you wish to run?

I will be here waiting for your answer.

    Hey @onesixtwo,

    How are you today?
I was wondering whether you saw my message.
I will now mark this conversation as resolved.

Let me know once you have questions by sending a new message in this forum.

    Best,
    Popup Builder Team
