Where are my pending orders?

    When I first installed WP-ecommerce, I was able to see (and affect) pending orders. Now I can no longer see, find (or effect) them. What am I doing wrong? A customer has an item as a pending order and I want to release the item back into the active stream, but for the life of me cannot find it. I have upgraded to current version, and also deactivated then reactivated the main plug-in, wp-ecommerce.

    Please help!
