Where are my emails going?

  • Hi,

    I installed live forms and the forms are great but I have no idea where my messages are going!
    I don’t need to personalized my emails as I don’t want to send anything to my clients, I’d just like to receive their answers in my mailbox.

    Can anyone please advice?

  • Hi Pauline,

    I have the same problem. I set everything right in my website backend, and when i look in my frontend i see a beautiful form, and when i fill in all the information and i pusg to send. Nothing happened. I get even no thank you mail.

    What do we wrong.
