Where are fields?

Please see the guide on how to add fields:
1. After adding the field groups, you can edit them here: https://wpdesk.me/mp/ofauu.png
2. Then, you will see the new window and you will see the tab Fields and the button Add field: https://wpdesk.me/mp/kj2z3.png
3. And you will be able to choose a checkbox from the field Field Type: https://wpdesk.me/mp/i997o.png
