Where are downloads stored?

    Where the download files are stored depends on the version you were using (and your configuration options).

    By default, the storage folder has a long random name ( like 5gynlo0rg4wrwywzr2p6n61kqdl97z93/)

    Look for such a folder in the plugin install folder. If not there, look for it in your wp-content/uploads

    Note that it may be difficult to locate the right file if you have many downloadable products. The files in the storage folder also have random strings as names (to prevent potential hackers from guessing the product file location/name and attempting to directly download them).
