• Am I the only one, not getting displayed any video files in media library browser!? I get them displayed near upload, however by logging out and logging back in, the video files are not displayed any more (despite partially even in use on the site) What is going on, also, why is the only option in media library browser to sort the media after a month added? Did I missed some setting there?

  • Are these videos “missing” in the back end of the site or the front end?

backend, they are invisible to WP media library…

Have you checked that the files have been uploaded to the wp-content/uploads folder?

They where uploaded, where Media library stores them when uploaded by pressing the button “upload media”.

Have you checked that the files have been uploaded to the wp-content/uploads folder using FTP?

no, no video files in wp-content/uploads folders, just picture files

In that case, those video files did not successfully upload. Now, you need to find out why. Try checking your site’s error logs for messages. Your hosts should be able to help you accessing your site’s error logs.

that is impossible since video on the website is working well. However not displayed in Media Library, not even an option to select video files…

no video files in wp-content/uploads folders

If they are not in the wp-content/uploads folders, then they have not been successfully uploaded through WordPress.
