Wher to paste API Key

Simply activate, go to Settings>Google API KEY and enter your key. ??

I cannot find Settings ??
I have only Switch on / off and Edit buttons.

It refers to your normal WordPress settings button, usually the bottom left button in your wp-admin area.

So I installed this plugin and added the key but still getting this message
