    Hello,

    Thanks for reaching out.

We understand that the meta description showing in Google search results is undesirable. So viewed performed a site search and the meta description we see is different. See image.

Next, we viewed the page source of https://www.accessmusictherapycork.ie and the meta description also matches what is in Google search results:

    <title>Access Music Therapy Cork</title>
<meta name="description" content="Access Music Therapy offers a psychological intervention delivered by an IACAT registered Music Therapist who uses music as a tool to enable self-expression and communication." />

Can you share a screenshot of what you have entered in the Yoast SEO plugin as the title and meta description for that page?

Thanks for the screenshot. It confirms that the meta description is the same as you have on Google search. The Yoast SEO plugin is working as expected, outputting what you have entered.

You may consider checking the search result on another device as it is correct on our end.
