When woocommerce is running your plugin produces a notification message in the single woo product

Notice: Undefined variable: out_excerpt in /home/public_html/wp-content/plugins/geodirectory/geodirectory-functions/custom_functions.php on line 593

Please declare the $out_excerpt within the loop and initiate it to be empty.

Actually i believe we should not be getting there at all as this filter should only apply to your custom post type
