When viewing user account I get redirected to the shop page

    Hi,

    When I go to the user account url I get redirected to the shop page..
    I’ve tried changing the URL of the shop page but this is not the problem, every user gets redirected here.

    How do I fix this?

    If I understand correctly, you can’t access the my-account page. In that case, could you go to WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced, and check if My account page is set?

    I can access the my account page but when in the back-end I click on ‘view’ at a customer it redirects to the shop page.

    https://www.websitename.com/author/username/ this link redirects to the shop page, for every customer.. But when you are logged in you can go to the account page from the front-end..

    It is every user account page, every link goes directly to the shopping page. Only when I am logged in on an account I can in the front-end access my account page.

    Thanks for getting back to us.

    This is the expected behavior as the view link under WordPress Admin > Users would show posts from that specific author but customers in WooCommerce won’t have any posts.

    I found a similar report in Github here:
