When users subscribe are they auto subscribed to RSS feed?

All the subscribers collected via our Subscription popup are not added to RSS feed.
So yes, if you want to send them a newsletter when a new blog post is published, you should do that manually.

But, we do have an Autoresponder tool that may help you with sending automated emails whenever a new post is published.
