This WordPress site functions just fine, except that if a user clicks their web browser’s back button, then the resulting page is just blank.
If they then click web browser’s Refresh button – the the site loads ok.
Does anyone know how to fix this, so that when clicking ‘back’ button in web browsers -the site loads normally?
Tested on Mac using Chrome, Firefox and Safari browsers.

  • Hi there,

I checked your site, and I can see every time I’m trying to load your site first white page comes, and then your site appears. The behavior you are seeing is coming from the Salmon theme you have installed.

You may reach out to Salmon theme support to resolve this issue.

@bizanimesh Thank you for your reply. I put the question to the Theme builder a few weeks ago and he said “it probably isn’t the theme’s fault” and offered no other assistance.
I will try contacting them again about this.

@bizanimesh The theme creator doesn’t appear to be replying to support requests anymore.
If I am unable to communicate with them, is there any other way I can fix it?

I ended up receiving a delayed response from the theme creator just then, they replied:
I've made some tests, and I found a conflict between a WooCommerce plugin and the page loading feature of the site. For now, please disable the page loading on the "Appearance > Customize > Site identity > Loading", and the back button cache should work.

I tested that and it has solved the problem.
