When user upload any file how can visitor view that file

  • just like the user post when user is posting he can upload file also and content of the file should be visible also ..

    On my wordpress page i want to design file upload and when user(visitor upload any file ) it should be show on page , mean if any one click on page or that page link he can see that file or content of that file .
