When uploading blog, the customization is gone

I have my blog installed locally in my AppServ, and when I try to upload it to my site, all the customization I made to it’s theme is gone!.
I uploaded the whole BLOG folder, which contains everything (I guess).
Can anyone tell me why is this happening?
Is there a way to upload my blog keeping all the customization I’ve done?
