When uninstalled a lot of mess left behind.

Hi Jeff,

I have fixed (in version 1.5.1) the issue with leaving roles and capabilities behind after uninstalling the plugin.
There was an error in the code when checking each roles capabilities, which stopped the rest of the code running after that.

Also fixed up are the notices that you were seeing when logged in as a subscriber.

UpStream is a young plugin and as such there will always be some minor hiccups, I do apologise.
UpStream is also a one-man show. I do my best but sometimes there are things that I don’t catch, so thanks for bringing them to my attention.

I do hope that you could reconsider your rating in light of this (a one star rating is fairly crippling for a new plugin).
