    I have been trying to use the POS but everytime i login to register i get this message

    What can cause this? I have uninstalled the plugin and then reinstalled, cleared cache, etc.

    pls clean browser cache and try again , pls make sure your website is publish , can access via internet , and allow access from our pos service. Free version use POS from our server and connect back to your website.
    preimum( paid ) version isn’t . it host together with your site , no relationship to our hosting. Thank you!

    I am using the Free Version right now. I have cleared cache several times. Also, have tried using a different browser and logging into site and then pos on incognito tabs. Website is definitely published and live. Only question with what you said is what do you mean allow access from your pos service?

    Ok i got it working now. Another question. I know that you said the inventory would be updated with POS orders if I upgraded to pro. But, when I place order in the POS and add new customer i just add name, email, and phone number but when i look at order in woo afterwards the POS adds our store address as the new customers shipping address. How do i fix this?

    yes, for free , we use store address as default customer information. it not fix, you can consider use pro version. we have no support this for free , tks

    @anhvnit I’d like to try the pro version. Is there any sort of trial or money back guarantee if it doesn’t work right?
