When to select “not use” in meta box of individual pag

Firstly I’m very happy to have found this plugin,it did work to disable plugin in specified post.
But few things are not clear for me…
When I Set the plugins to “Page Type” mode with “Page Type Filte”.

Then specify the 『Post』 group to be deactivated with “Page Type Filter Activation”

If I want to activate plugin to specific 『Post』,I’ll turn it on in the meta box of individual page of that post with select “Use” and tick the check box of Desktop and Mobile.

If I want to deactivate plugin to specific 『Page』,I’ll turn it on in the meta box of individual page of that page with select “Use” and leave blank to the check box of Desktop and Mobile.

All above work well,so my question is about the “Not Use” selection in the meta box of individual page,when to use it?
Because I tried to use “Not Use”,but nothing happened.
