Thanks for reaching out @emga. I’d be happy to investigate this with you and determine what may be happening. To start, please share the following:

    1. Your Site Health information. You can use this form to share privately if preferred.??
    2. When you mention Site Kit doesn’t connect with Analytics or Search Console, the plugin connects to the parent domain and inserts Analytics code on all site URLs. Are you not seeing any traffic for such URLs you are referring to, or is the issue that you are not seeing any data on these URLs when using the Site Kit admin toolbar, or within the Site Kit dashboard?

Let me know if you have any questions with the above.

    Hello James

I think this problem is not just with me I think it’s with all users using permalink post name in the Arabic language maybe it’s with other languages that don’t use Latin characters too but I didn’t test other languages

It’s with Site Kit admin toolbar but Site Kit dashboard working well

We are not seeing any traffic for such URLs in admin toolbar

We are not seeing any data on these URLs in admin toolbar

Many thanks for the update @emga. I’ll perform some checks on this, however, it may take a day or two before I have an update as I’ll also make some checks with a new site with the same set up as your own, which includes some Arabic characters in the permalink structure.

While I’m checking this, can you share whether you can see any traffic for these URLs when visiting Analytics directly (https://www.analytics.google.com)?

Feel free to share a recording or screenshots if you wish. Note that you’ll need to visit this specific page individually and you can do so via the Site Kit admin toolbar – by clicking on the “More details” link. Once you’re on that page from the Site Kit dashboard, click on the “Source: Analytics” link. You can use a service such as Loom or RecordIt to share a screen recording, while using the this form to share this privately.?

Just to let you know that I’ve been able to recreate the same experience that you described. Many thanks for reporting this. We’ll continue to investigate, and I’ve created a GitHub issue to gather further insights.

I’ll keep you updates on this from here. Until then unfortunately I don’t have any workaround on this other than to view data for impacted URLs from analytics.google.com. Thanks again.

Thanks for the update @emga. And yes, a fix did come out for this with the latest Site Kit release. Appreciate you reporting this.

Regarding your search traffic, from the checks I performed on your site, I don’t see your site as being indexed from the searches I performed. If there is no Search Console data, it’s normal that there won’t be anything to display within Site Kit. The plugin pulls the information directly from a users Search Console account.

Do you see any data at Search Console level for your site? If not, you can reach out the product experts over at the Search Console Help Center, where they may be able to assist further on this.

Apologies @emga. In that case, please share your Site Health information, and whether you see status over on Search Console directly for your site.

As we didn’t receive a response I’ll mark this as resolved. Feel free to open a new support topic if you continue to encounter issues, or reopen this topic and we’d be happy to assist.
