    The cash on delivery payment method is enabled in the settings. When the plugin is enabled and the cash on delivery payment method is selected when placing an order, an error appears. Invalid payment type.

    Thanks for additional information.
    CartBounty does not actually have anything in common or to do with WooCommerce payment options therefore not sure what is the setup you are using there. On our own staging and development site we have multiple payment options including “Cash on delivery”, but that has never caused us any issues.

    What happens if you briefly deactivate all other plugins except WooCommerce and CartBounty and try placing an order then? Does the same issue still persists?

    Also you may try switching to another WooCommerce theme like Storefront to quickly check if the issue is not caused by custom theme that is in use.
