    choosing UPI payment method in the mobile it is been not working it shows that “This transaction may be risky. For your safety, it cant be completed at this time.” it works prefectely while scanning the qr code i’m facing this problem since 3 weeks i have not used my personal UPI id instead im using Business/Merchant UPI id. but still i’m facing the issue can anyone can solve this issue can contact me (my number :7010491931)

    Thanks for contacting us.
    As discussed with you on phone. the problem which you are facing is not due to this plugin. You will face same issue even if you will use any other similar plugin. This issue occurs if UPI intent is disabled on the UPI ID. You can try with UPI id from PhonePe for Business app, that might fix the issue for you.

    Hello, I have a Current account with IDFC bank and have used its UPI ID with this plugin.

    The QR code scan works well, but on a Mobile phone, if the user clicks on the Paytm or Gpay icons and opens those apps, the transaction does not go through those apps.

    The same issue here when trying to pay using gpay, paytm or phonepay it doesn’t allow me to pay and shows For your safety, it cant be completed at this time.

    Can someone please help as I am not able to figure out because UPI intent is already enabled on my UPI ID

    If QR code is working fine for you, but payment button is not working. It means, UPI intent is disabled on your UPI QR. This is not an issue due to this plugin.

    How do you know that UPI intent is enabled on your UPI id?

    Hello sir, I have my bank account in Union Bank Of India and I contacted them regarding this issue and they said to enable the UPI intent in their mobile bank app, when i searched it on internet then it was demonstrated to enable the ecommerce option in the payment channel settings in their bank app which I did, still the direct button payment option didn’t work

    I am not sure about the option which you mention in the UBI app. I would suggest you try using your UPI/VPA id in the Knit Pay WordPress plugin or any other alternate plugin and see, if payment button is working in those plugins for you. let us know if it works on other plugins but not working in this plugin.

    As mentioned in my previous message also, This issue is not at our end. UPI Intent is enabled on your UPI or not, it’s controlled by your UPI id provider and RBI policies. It’s not controlled by us. So, we will not be able to provide any solution for this.

    one thing is that how to enable upi intent? By bank or any thing else?

    You can try contacting your UPI ID provider and ask them to enable Payment Link or Payment SMS option on your UPI ID. Support team might not understand UPI Intent term. So, Payment Link or Payment SMS feature request will be more meaningful for them. But I am not sure if they will be able to activate this feature for you or not.

    If i used bank vpa id then contact bank for enable right?

    and also only bank vpa id is support for upi intent right?
