When the customer is been using the upi in mobile is not working

choosing UPI payment method in the mobile it is been not working it shows that “This transaction may be risky. For your safety, it cant be completed at this time.” it works prefectely while scanning the qr code i’m facing this problem since 3 weeks i have not used my personal UPI id instead im using Business/Merchant UPI id. but still i’m facing the issue can anyone can solve this issue can contact me (my number :7010491931)
