    Hi,

There’s a really huge problem since the beginning of using Translatepress on my website. I have translated everything, insert the language switcher in my menu, but when I change the language a ‘File not found.’ error appears on a blank white page.

I have fixed this issue by using the language get parameter addon, but with this plugin the woocommerce pagination on the shop page not working.

I have deactivated the language get parameter addon, but that way the very first error comes up (File not found.)

    I’m using pretty permalinks.

Please help me solve this issue.
    Thank you

    Hello there,

Thank you for letting us know about your problem!

Go to Media Library and look for a file with the name “en” because it can be a slug conflict.

What you can do to test this is to change the slug for the English language from en to eng.

Try this and tell us if this worked for you.

If there`s anything else, please let us know!

    Kind Regards,

I need to fix this error as soon as possible because foreign visitors can’t browse the site this way.

    Please, help solve this issue.

    Thank you very much.

    Hello again,

Thanks for your patience but we are not working on the weekend.

Since this looks a lot like a conflict with some other code, the first/next recommended step is the conflict test (ideally in a staging environment):

??*Briefly* disable all other plugins and enable the default Twenty Twenty theme. Please also disable all add-ons. If this fixes the problem, as it probably will, enable everything one by one, checking each time to see when the problem returns.

Please let us know when you find the conflict so that we can take a look and see what we can do about it.

    Kind Regards,

Ok, I ‘ll try that, and come back to you with the results.
