when site moves to live theme and widgets are missing

    I have good experience in wordpress. But i am facing a problem every time when i move to site from localhost to live host. Please check the below my problem.

    In local
    when i put my custom theme option like h1, body, font style, logo and my custom widgets it will be works fine in local.

    In Live
    Once move to files from local to live all theme options and widgets are comes to deafult values.

    But all themes are stay in database.

    Every time i put values and add widgets in live also (2nd time)

    Please solve my porblem..
