When Shipping Method Not Avilabel and Remove Product price in a total price

Respectd sir / Madam
am working in shipping method
can help me any oneAm use wcfm vendor markitplace pluign and Different Different store But Same products many vendor, and vendor allow only Self area shipping.
===========================================================================
1. When Two Products in checkout products page.
2. First products price is – 35.0 Ruppes ( includes vat ) and this products shipping not available ( vendor only allow self are shipping )Depand upon customre address like ,state,city
3. and second products price – 35.0 Ruppes ( includes vat ) But this products shipping available .shipping Rate 5 Ruppes
4 and there all 2 products calcluate = 35 + 35 = 69.9 ( beacuse this this total am use tax )
5 And final Total = First products price 35 + Second products price 35 + Second products Shpping Rate 5 = 74.9 Rs ( includes 3.3 gst ).
Note — my issue How can Remove products price when Shipping Not Available and not
