When searching for product links i get: "No products found"

  • When I try to use the bol.com partner program plugin, I have trouble adding products to my blogposts.

    When I click ‘Productlink’ and search for products, every search comes up empty, whether I fill the categoryfield or not. The plugin always shows the phrase ‘No products found’.

    Also the bestsellerslists-widget doesn’t work. It already shows at ‘preview’ a fatal error:
    Fatal error: Call to undefined function BolPartnerPlugin\Widgets\Renderer\mb_strlen() in /home/nietsn1b/public_html/feec.nl/wp-content/plugins/bol/src/BolPartnerPlugin/Widgets/Renderer/ProductRenderer.php on line 93

    The search widget works perfectly.

    Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

    Hi,

    We think there is a problem with your hosting environment. Be sure to run on PHP version 5.3 and check or mb_strlen() is supported.

    You mention the search widget works correctly so you can retrieve the products successfully? If yes, can you provide a link of your website?
