When saving Wiki Settings receive error ‘Cannot modify header information’

Wwhen I try save Wiki Settings [slug] the following error appears…
Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /PATH/wp-admin/admin-header.php:35) in /PATH/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 897
I tried checking for, and removing, any trailing whitespace from the mentioned files and from the wp-config.php, but that didn’t resolve the issue.
Oh, I also disabled all plugins except Wiki [Lite]. Still receiving the error.
