When saving menu, I am redirected to the homepage

  • Hi,

    When I am editing my site’s menus, after clicking “Save Menu,” I am redirected to the homepage and nothing is saved. I have updated all versions of WordPress and all plugins.

    Please identify exactly which theme you are using and then post in that theme’s dedicated forum via its page in the Theme Repository so the theme’s developers and support community can help you with this.

    I am looking to switch the theme regardless, is this a theme issue that will be resolved when the theme is switched?

    Try and see if it resolves in new theme.

    Before viewing the new theme or changes, make sure to clear all cache.

    – Flushing any caching plugins you might be running, as well as server and/or browser caches. Not just your browser, but any op cache or content network cache as well such as Cloudflare. If you are using SiteLock, manage your caching there.
    – Flushing Managed host caches. Managed WP hosting often has special caches. If your host has a “Purge Varnish” or “Flush Memcache” tool, try that. You can ask your provider to flush memcache and Varnish for you if necessary.
