When saving feed, it redirects to the 404 page

When completing the feed details and clicking the save button it redirects to the 404 page, and doesn’t save the feed.
It does it with twentyfourteen, and I’ve already deactivated all the plugins, so there’s no plugin/theme clash. The source of the plugin was the wordpress repository.

Is there something really obvious I’m missing? I’ve not encountered this one before, and on our other site with the same theme it works perfectly.
