When reporting spam, add ability to report to BotScout and Project Honey Pot

When you report spam, add in the options to allow reporting to all of the supported spam databases. I use all of the spam databases so it would contribute to all of them instead of just Stop Forum Spam.
EDIT: Adding it into the WordFence blocked IPs list would be nice too.
