When registering, the email confirmation widget does not appear, although I receive emails perfectly.
I’ve found people with similar problems, I’ve done ALL possible options, caching, activating advanced options, deactivating the cache plugin, reinstalling, everything, and it still doesn’t appear, just staying in /my-account/?……( code that should show confirmation)
I use the most up-to-date version of Elementor, WordPress, and the Hello Elementor theme, which doesn’t make any changes to my wordpress… I would like this to be resolved because I really need the plugin.

  • Hi @pauloclamberti,

Thank you for reaching out to us regarding the Email Verification for WooCommerce plugin.

Before we proceed further, could you please clarify what you meant by the “email confirmation widget”? Are you referring to the verification email that is usually sent to the user’s email address to verify their account during registration? Or are you referring to a specific feature or setting within the plugin?

Once we have a better understanding of the issue, we will be able to assist you more effectively in resolving the problem. We appreciate your patience and cooperation in this matter.

    Kind regards,

In fact, it is the front-end that says that an email has been sent and I need to confirm it, so that I can be redirected to the page… the link that is “wrong” is: https://ibarberapp.com. br/my-account/?alg_wc_ev_activate_account_message=25

    Hi @pauloclamberti,

I apologize for the delay in getting back to you. We receive a high volume of support requests every day, which sometimes causes delays in our response time.

Just to be certain, when you click on the activation link, it is redirecting you to the wrong page. Is it the issue?

    Kind regards,
    Moshtafizur

No, it simply doesn’t show the sent email warning, or else, if you make a mistake in the password, the “wrong password” doesn’t appear on that page either, I tested and saw that the page made in Elementor has this error, and the default page of woocommerce , no.

    Hi there,

Thank you for giving us more information.

I have escalated this with our development team. They will get back to you as soon as possible.

    Kind regards,

    Hi @pauloclamberti ,

Please, try these alternatives on the section?Advanced > Prevent login after register:

1- Make sure the option “Prevent automatic user login after registration on My Account page” is enabled.
2- Set the option “Login prevention method” as?Use login filter from woocommerce
3- Set the option “Redirect” as?My account page or a Custom redirect. Maybe you could select the Elementor page that is able to display the error.
4- Enable the “Force redirect” option

Let me know if it helps.
