I see some references to “My Cache” in the source code. Are you using a caching plugin with such a name or similar? Could you try disabling that? It might be breaking the source code.

Yes, I am using this caching plugin. Unfortunately, if I were to disable it then my website is going to be slower.

As for disabling, if you could only disable it for a a couple of minutes to verify if it fixes the issue, that would already help a lot. Now, do you perhaps have a link to that caching plugin so we could test it ourselves?

I am afraid I can’t disable it as this is being installed by a WordPress freelancer and it comes with a purchase key in which I do not have it. I will check with him to see whether deactivation will void the purchase key or not.
