When Publish page not found error message

When I go to publish I get page not working message. I see the FAQ in the Product FAQ tab but if I try to edit i a page not found https://bioterra.staging.wpengine.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=4833&action=edit. Please advise if you. Also I tried searching to see if this question had been answered but I was unable to get any results. Thanks!
