When pressing subscribe

Usually it is a problem of file permission of the newsletter plugin folder. Ask the provider or if you have a control panel with the “file permission restore” function use it.

If that does not work, have you one of the plugin listed under the incompatibilities? (see Newsletter documentation on my site).

I cant find file permission restore in my Cpanel. What permission does it need to be on?

I don’t have any of those plugins.

Send me the blog url so I can make a test. Have you asked the provider about the file permission for this plugin?

The url is dbeat.net. No I haven’t asked them… I do have access to my Cpanel but don’t know what to change the permissions to.

The subscription seems to work BUT after that the system redirect to

https://www.dbeat.net/wp-content/plugins/newsletter/do/Subscribe

which dos not exists. May be you configured that url inside the subscription configuration? Can you check for it?
