When post page is refreshed, counter still 1 ?

  • Hi, I added your plugin to my Single Post pages. However if I refresh the post even with hard refresh, it is not going higher than 1. 

    I have set the:

Count Interval = 0  (I want every refresh to be counted as new view)
Reset Data Interval = 0 (I do not want the data to reset)
Flush Object Cach Interval = 0 (I do not want the data to be reset)

I have tested Counter Mode on all three PHP, JS, Rest API

    Still does not work.

    Hi,
    There are other options you have to look into as well:
    Exclude Visitors and Exclude IPs
    By default Robots and Logged in users are excluded from counting, so if you’re checking while being logged in it will not increase.
