When post in draft, permalink have double parent in url

When you plugin is active, and page / post is in draft, and also given page / post have parent selected, given permalink structure have doubled parent, example:
url/parent-slug/parent-slug/page-slug

When given post / page is published, url structure is correct.

When your plugin is disabled, its working normally on draft pages / posts
