When plugin is updated Conditions disappear

  • After installing both of your last 2 updates the previously set “conditions” for the form stop functioning. The error was found both times and here it is:
    Both updates somehow delete the lines of code that cause the conditions to be followed in the userscripts.js disappear.
    any thoughts?
    anyone else seen this issue?

    Sorry for not mentioning this before but the error is in the form manager plugin. I thought this was the forum for that plugin not the whole WordPress.
