Additionally, I spotted that the cart page is returning a 404 error, which suggests it may have been deleted. You can resolve it by adding your cart page in WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced > Page Setup.

However, if you’ve set up a shipping method and the issue persists, then this problem might caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin. The best way to determine this is to:

• Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront or Twenty Twenty-Four
• Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
• Repeat the action that is causing the problem

If you do not see the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

I changed the Theme, disabled all modules except Woocommerce and tried to complete the order and I still get the same error

I solved the 404 error but I really don’t know what to do with the other error, if you can try to make an order yourself and you will see which error I am talking about.

As I understand, it is the site’s black footer that momentarily appears mid-screen before the page fully loads.

For verifying this, feel free to go ahead with changing the footer’s (now black) color to red, for example, and see if a red bar appears, instead.
