When page first loads – shows entire carousel ??

When I first load the page on my screen – it shows the entire carousel – then when I resize the window it switches to the correct amount which is supposed to be 3 on desktop and xl desktop.

when i have only 1 slide..it will still show it 4 times.. ?? very strange..
