    When I set an order to partially shipped, my customers dont get any of the delivery notification emails such as in-transit, out for delivery, etc. When I mark an order shipped, it works perfectly with all the email updates about delivery. What do I need to do to fix why partial shipped orders arent getting delivery status updates??

  • Hi, in your WordPress admin, go to TrackShip > Settings and make sure that you selected all the order statuses that you want to trigger the tracking with TrackShip.

    @zorem yes they are all turned on. Like I said, it works perfectly if order is marked shipped but partial shipped they don’t send at all.

    Hi, we checked and we can see that all the emails are being sent, if it still does not work, please login to your TrackShip account and contact the support.
